1. Parties

This agreement is between Kira Maldives Tech (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the user registering on the site (hereinafter referred to as "Member"), and comes into effect upon electronic approval during the registration process.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions for the Member to benefit from the services offered on the Kira Maldives Tech website.

3. Membership Requirements

• To become a member, you must be 18 years of age or have legal guardian approval.
• Information provided for membership must be accurate and up-to-date.
• Each user can only open one membership account.
• Membership information cannot be shared with third parties.

4. Member Rights and Obligations

• The Member is responsible for account security.
• The Member is obligated to pay for the products ordered.
• The Member is obligated to respect the rights of other users.

5. Seller Rights and Obligations

• The Seller takes necessary care to provide services continuously and securely.
• The Seller keeps member information confidential and does not share it with third parties.
• The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement.
• The Seller may suspend accounts of members who display inappropriate behavior.

6. Protection of Personal Data

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The Member may return purchased products within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For detailed information about return conditions, please visit our Return Policy page.

8. Product Safety

All products offered for sale by Kira Maldives Tech are certified and comply with safety standards. Our products are verified by industry experts.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. In case of dispute, the relevant courts and enforcement offices shall have jurisdiction.

10. Effectiveness

This agreement comes into effect when the Member fills out the membership form and checks the "I have read and accept the Terms of Service" checkbox.
